Fibre & ISPsWhat is open-access fibre?
A fibre network that any approved ISP can sell services on. You choose the provider that suits you, and you can switch later without new cabling.
InstallationHow long does installation take?
We install within five working days of your order.
PlansIs the Uncapped plan really uncapped?
Yes. There’s no data cap on the Uncapped plan.
Fibre & ISPsCan I change my ISP later?
Yes — that’s the point of an open-access network. You can move to another ISP on the network without new cabling.
Fibre & ISPsWhat is an ISP?
An Internet Service Provider sells you the internet service that runs over the fibre. Our network carries it to your door; your ISP looks after your plan, speed and billing.
InstallationIs my building covered?
Send us your address through the contact form and we’ll check for you.
PlansAm I locked into a long-term contract?
The ISPs on our network offer monthly, annual and longer contracts, so you choose the term that suits you.
Fibre & ISPsHow does backup fibre (failover) work?
You keep a second connection alongside your main one. If the main connection goes down, the backup takes over until it’s restored, so your business keeps running.
LandlordsI’m a landlord. What does it cost me?
Nothing upfront — there are no capital costs to bring our network into your building.
